Trainee program

ITAB Shop Concept supplies complete shop fittings for the food and non-food business. The activities consist of project management, design, development, manufacturing and sales. The concept range includes shop fittings mainly in wood and metal, shop equipment such as checkouts and entrance systems. The company is located in 12 different countries and the yearly turnover in ITAB Shop Concept is approximately EUR 180 million. The company has 1250 employees.

ITAB Shop Concept are now looking for candidates to our trainee program
Studying sales, project management or finance? Logistics or engineering? There are few limits for you within ITAB Shop Concept if you are prepared to focus, engage yourself and follow the growth and changes from the inside of a international company. Our trainee programme gives you the possibility to an employment after finishing the 14 month programme. Preliminary programme start is summer 2006 (exact date specified later). It is you, your commitment and your work that decides and shows the way to your possible carrier in ITAB.

Our purpose with this program is to find and secure our future need of knowledge, development and managers within ITAB. As a trainee in ITAB you will be able to seek and find knowledge about ITABs know-how, corporate culture, business and products. The program gives you the possibility to work with projects and it will also make it easier for you to build up contacts within and outside the company for future work.

We are looking for candidates with a degree in business administration, sales and marketing, logistics or from a technical university. We don’t require a considerable work experience from you. What you need is the theoretical base and a burning interest to develop and grow. Knowledge of languages is a merit and the more languages you handle the better it is. Also, we hope that you are open minded, have the ability to adapt and are curios on life and your future working tasks. The countries where future employments could be possible are Sweden, Finland, Norway, Denmark, the Baltic countries, U.K., Holland and Czech republic.
