Shop fittings

ITAB develops and designs tailor-made shop fittings for chain stores in Europe. Shop fittings cover everything from complete designed shop fitting concepts in metal, wood and wire to shelves, consoles, counters and product stands. Customers include chain stores in both the food and non-food segments throughout most parts of Europe.

ITAB manufactures shop fittings at its own facilities in Sweden, Norway, Finland, Denmark, Lithuania, the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, the Czech Republic and the UK. Volume production of standard fittings takes place mainly in the Czech Republic, while other manufacturing units have been constructed for high flexibility and customised solutions.

Large chain stores are very protective of their brand and their image. Shop fittings are a crucial element. The store’s profile includes everything - not just fittings - from staff clothing and the way the staff greet customers, to advertising and range. The shape, colour and choice of material for shelves and product stands, as well as colour schemes and lighting, emphasise the store’s identity. To create optimal sales, ITAB works with its own designers and architects but developing close partnership with the customer.
